Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows on the day of the excursion, the deposit is non-refundable.

Yes. We offer fully private and customizable tours, which means we can change your departure time based on our availability at no extra cost. While we can pick you up and drop you off at the same location, if the tour ends in a different city or destination, we can drop you off there. However, we cannot drive you further away to another drop-off location. If you require this service, please contact us, and we can potentially arrange it for an extra cost.
